Theme nights with local dishes and folklore |
 |
All over Romagna and particularly in Riccione, food culture rests on traditional dishes and traditional recipes. There is a wide range of products to choose from: cold meats made from the Romagna black pig breed (Mora Romagnola), homemade pasta, local meats, tasty cheese, or delicious grilled sardines.

With each course you are served excellent local wines. The selection includes, for example, ruby red Sangiovese, delicate and fruity, and the Trebbiano variety, which features straw yellow tints and is available in a dry, sweetish or sweet version. Piada (similar to pitta bread) is the most typical dish of this area, and it can be served with anything, including fruit and sweet things.
During our Romagna theme nights we provide live music and we combine food traditions from the coast towns with dishes prepared in the inland areas, on the hills. As a first course we offer maltagliati pasta with beans, tagliatelle with ragout Bolognese style, passatelli soup, and pasta with chickpeas. For second, guests can choose from a variety of options: sausages, char grilled ribs, or grilled sardines and anchovies. They can then opt for a piadina with ham and squacquerone cheese, cheese boards with pit-matured cheese, cold meats and tomatoes au gratin. For dessert, you can try the typical ciambella cake, with a lovely glass of Cagnina or Albana Doc dessert wines.
